Recently I went to the Vestal office and had a good experience with my glasses but once it came to my contacts I was basically thrown into the back seat with no answer to where my trial pair might be and after 4 months I called the Sidney office and I was helped right away and a new trial pair was ordered for me and arrived sooner than expected. Lesson learned is to just stick with the Sidney office from now on! Very thankful for all the staff that assisted me!
